Habitat: Found in mangrove root habitat, both on mangrove roots and bivalve shells at Isla Solarte, Baia Honda, Panama. Distribution: Central West Atlantic, Brazil, Senegal, Mozambique. Depth: 1.0 m Characteristics: A colonial Styelidae. The zooids (9.0 mm length, 2.2 mm width), embedded in a common tunic, were red with white stripes and four lobes on both the atrial and oral siphons. Each zooid has one body part, ten rows of stigmata with 4 folds per side on the branchial sac. The dorsal lamina is smooth, and there are approximately 30 simple tentacles of two different sizes around the oral siphon. There are two elongated testis on each gonad. The stomach is also elongated.
