Habitat: Reef-associated; marine Distribution: Cristobal, Solarte and Carenero Islands, Crawl Key, Hospital Point NE of Solarte Island Natural History Notes: Carnivorous Characteristics: Body gray-white to yellow and tends to be darker dorsally. Light blue marking on the face, gill covers, and a mark around each eye that extends ventrally. Often have black spots on either side of the snout bordered by further light blue marking. Can pale or darken. Pelvic fins yellow, pectorals clear. Adult length 3 - 4.5 in., max 5in.
