Habitat: Underside of rocks Characteristics: Shell reaches 3.5 mm and is usually yellowish, with a band of dark brown covering the suture and hte upper row of beads. Occasional shells are yellow-brown or semi-translucent white. Most soft parts of the animal are yellowish white. The upper surface has black pigmentation beginning behind the head and extending forward on the anterior portion of the foot. The translucent operculum has a faint yellowish tint. The protochonch has 2.5 rounded, semi-translucent white whorls. In adults, th whorls are slightly convex and sutures are well impressed. Narrow axial ribs and spiral cords connect three rows of small round beads on each whorl, leaving square-shaped interspaced. Notes: Little information available on this species... Ripe for further investigation!
